Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Love Lilac Boutique, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are made to order. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before submitting. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment options.

3. Processing Time
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).

4. Shipping
We ship nationwide across the U.S. Once an item is shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. Love Lilac Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 5 business days, and we’ll make it right.

6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun.
